I am chasing a thumping from up front...I replaced the Rotors, Calipers, etc...and that solved the issue a few months back.
It occurs mostly under acceleration and when it does occur, if you hit the brakes the front wheel shakes violently.
I had the car on the lift yesterday and everything up front is tight. Tie rods, lower control arms, bushings.
Motor mounts were all done over the last year....
Im thinking axle or strut? Anyone ever experience this type of issue?

With the front wheels off the ground, push/pull on the front coil spring. If it's hitting the inner fender wall, you probably need either a new strut mount bearing and/or a new strut seat. Mine needed a new upper strut mount bearing. That fixed a rattle/thumping like noise when going over bumbs on a local dirt road. Also, double check your front CV joints, check for any up/down freeplay, or rotational freeplay. There should be none. A bad inner CV joint will make a thumping like noise when accelerating. Where as, a bad outer joint will make the "clackity-clack" sound. R/ Allen
