Sway Bar Bushing

Is it "easy" to replace the sway bar bushings on a 2001 s40? I was replacing the sway bar end links and noticed that the bushing on the right side is broken. It looks like the whole bracket has broken and there's a "thumping" sort of sound when going over bumps.

Does anyone have a step by step guide for doing this? I don't want to get in over my head :)
