Squeeking noise from engine.......

Hi. My '93 850 GLT seems to have some squeeking coming from the tension pulley where the belts are. Has anyone else experienced this before? I've tried spraying lubricant on to the parts but with little success. Is it common for this part of the car to wear out? Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Any guesstimate as to how much it would cost to replace it Matthew? Or can a good bottle of lubricant spray solve it?

I don't have an idea what it could be. More diagnosis is needed.
