Its called mcAutoTrack, you can download it from here: http://simadcom.atw.hu/
The site looks a bit dodgy, but I can confirm its a legit app. Very impressive stuff. Theres also a more complex app, intended for something like a garage I guess called "MyCarMonitor"

I am going to have to check this out. Do they make a mobile app. Would be cool to input data into it in really time.

No mobile app. Closest thing to one (on the iPhone anyway) is Care Care. Its not free however. It still has a couple of annoying bugs but I believe and update is coming soon.
