2001 XC-70 Radiator Splash Guard Removal

First post...first repair on this car...I apologize if this is a stupid question: I have removed the two screws underneath, and the two bolts on the upper sides. I am unable to remove, and I do not want to force it off and break anything. What is the next step to removing the splash guard? Thank you.
