What would cause this? (Oil in airlines)

What would cause this? (Oil in airlines)
This picture is the air tube that connects to the throttle body. As you can see, there's a good amount of oil inside it. Do I have a leaky turbo?

Ah I see. I keep checking the tube every week or so and the amount is a lot less than in the picture but is persistent. I recently switched to Mobil1 synthetic so I will see if that makes any difference.

That looks about normal. If it starts dripping from the splash shield under the intercooler so much that it leaks out on to the ground, then you have a cause for concern.
