V70 GAS GAUGE

Hi All, Very new to the board . Just bought a V70 t5...very excited. couple of probs so far...first up is the gas gauge which is registering about half full after filling the car up. New DIM was installed recently by seller... any thoughts?

Anyone in Toronto area recommend a good Volvo shop? Saw v-garage online that looks good but would love recommendations

Sounds like you need a new sending unit. The unit is connected to the gas pump, in the gas tank.
