Good Day !!! My question apply to any car. Do someone know where I can buy (and how to replace) the thin foam that goes on the grille speakers ? I own an 850 and because that foam is damaged the grill vibrates against its frame and that"s annoying.
Any suggestion?
Thanks

Back up a second.
Are you talking about the thin grayish/brownish foam that covers the round cutout portion of the grille, on the inside?
I can only think of one reason for vibration on that part, and that's excessive excursion from the speaker. It would also explain how the foam got damaged in the first place. Check the speaker - does it look torn or ripped around the edge?

I just went and pulled my front grilles (and swapped in the Autoleads SAK-3204 grilles) and put a closer eyeball on all of it. I see no foam except what's inside that circle - surely not a cause for vibration by being missing. That foam is there to keep dust off your speaker, nothing more.

Ahh the search for speaker foam the long lost adventure I wish I never made lol...
The upholstery stores don't have anything thin enough and more importantly flame and mildew/mold resistant.
These are your best cheapest bet but you have to search for you specification

Here's a start I don't know how thick your foam is?

If you want the easy route its more expensive

Is the grill broken at all? If it is, that's causing the vibration problem, not the foam. You may want to make sure the speaker and the bracket it's mounted in are bolted tightly.
Jr. is correct, the foam just keeps dust out of the speaker. At this age, one gentle breeze and that stuff dissolves to dust. Instead of trying to replace it, I'd just remove it completely.

Thanks for your answers, I'm going to check the brackets, because the grill is not broken. I thouhgt because the foam is desintegrated and the grille rest on the frame that was the cause of that vibration
