2001 v70 t5 code P0740

Ive owned this car for a year, it is giving me a code p0740, the transmission shift very good with no problem, the only issue it goes into limp mode when the above code is popping on the dash, after turning off and turning on again, i can drive normal until 3-4 miles and goes again in limp mode, I flushed the tranny already 2 times, the more i flushed the worse it got, do you think you can help me?

What is 0740, a solonoid code?
If so in the least that soloniod will need to be replaced.
OBVIOUSLY THERE IS AN INTERNAL PROBLEM OR A PROBLEM WITH THE TCU

That's a code for the torque converter solenoid, there not in an easy place to get to?
Check out these two post hopefully it will help. If the fluid gets low, pressures aren't able to be maintained, and the solenoids have trouble doing their job. So check your fluid and make sure it right on!
