DICE is the interface between a PC with VIDA on it and the car's data port. It is a Bluetooth connected device that replaces the earlier unit called VCT2000.

Does that mean that one can buy a copy of VIDA to use in place of VADIS i.e. assuming one can buy DiCE? I have only heard of VADIS being available/purchasable on CD on ebay...
