Greetings to all -

2001 v70xc 92k, 2nd ETM just failed

- just replaced with Xemodex,

at the time of new ETM install, replaced MAF with new BOSCH oem from FCP as well as IAT sensor and MAP/BPS sensor - car drove good, noticed no problems at initial test drive of about 5 miles. Restarted after a couple of hours the car now has eratic idle, hesitates as if about to stall an occurs only when the AC is on, while in D with the brake applied. Note when the AC is off when in D and brake applied these symptoms are not present. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or feedback.

You will probably need to replace the 'engine management' relay. I read it usually goes when the ETM does..

resolved update

OK - after working with Chris at XeMODeX who was helpful in troubleshooting problem, ending up repalcing ignition coil - car is back to running smooh without any issues .....
