I recently changed out the PCV system at the first signs of it being clogged (leaking oil, white smoke from tube).
I ordered the kit from IDP. The kit "kinda" fit but thats not the reason for the post.
After installing the new PCV the syptoms did not subside. After scratching my head for a week I decided to pull the PTC and re-clean again. I started the car and noticed the vacuum suction from the small line that connects to the side of the manifold was weak. I checked it at the manifold nipple and it was strong. I ran a new vacuum line from the side of the Manifold to the PTC.
I just routed it around the manifold.
So far it appears the crankcase pressure are under control. No leaks in 2 days!
Not sure if the small tube in the kit was clogged, bad, cracked, ????
If you just changed it out and not having any sucess check the vacuum line.
Check the vacuum line to PTC for PCV

You may have pinched it or broken the plastic tube inside as you were installing the new hose.
If you have smoke at idle from the dipstick/lots of oil around the intercooler always double check that hose!
