trunk motor replacement

My 2002 S80's trunk won't open with the keyfob or with the key inserted into keyhole by license plate. I bought a new trunk motor but am unable to find location to replace it and I'm not 100% sure it's the motor anyway. I'm looking for installation instructions or a location of the motor so I can get to it and see it this is my problem.
