2000 V40 - Lights stay on after car turned off!

Have had a couple of electrical issues with my V40 over the past few years, though I had thought I had them licked. Tonight, on the way home, had brights on--noticed that the lights seemed to be going off intermittently, and then going back on. Finally, when I got home, the headlights stayed on long after I turned the car off. Have seen something in the forums about this problem, though nothing that specifically involves a V40. Some sort of relay or fuse problem, I'm guessing...?
