When I got my S70, one of them pointed way off into the trees. The reflector in mine has a little ball joint it sits on that allows it to pivot around - it had just come off of that.

On mine, the plastic lens pops off the front with just a few retaining clips and will let you gain access to the inside. I don't know how the newer ones are, but look for something similar.

well i fixed it but im not sure how i tried pulling the headlight cover off to look for the reflector you were talking about nothing would come off easily so i thought maybe pull the whole headlight and see if i could crack it open to look for it still wouldn't come out. so i kicked it out of anger but then i thought lets try the adjuster one more time and bam it moved so either i'm stupid and didn't get it the first time or i made something catch that was suppose to thanks for your help.
