Greetings,
The headlamp glass, which is attached with clips to the headlamp assembly on my C70 is damaged. The knuckleheads at VOLVO can only sell me the entire assembly for about $350. However, I believe you can buy just the glass for the '01 - '02 models for about $50.
Does anybody know if the glass for the '01 or '02 models will fit the 2003?
They look the same. I'm thinking I should just buy one from Volvo and if it doesn't fit take it back.
Alternatively, does anyone know of a good online source for used parts?

the 98-02 have the fluted lens and the 03-04 are plain glass with the lens doing the beam diffusion.
You can buy lens only for any car from the retailer in US. It's a DOT thing. You can get lens only from some sources that import genuine ones or supply aftermarket ones all from offshore.
The small numbers of C70 in 03 and 04 makes aftermarket lighting a lot tougher for those cars.
Do you have full coverage insurance? Headlamps are covered and sometimes glass has lower deductible even if you have $500 or higher on your comprehensive coverage.
