Tires 1995 850 GLT

Post by tysales »

I am reading conflicting posts. Some say that the tires rub when turning too sharp and recommend buying 205/50/15 but the installed tires are 195/60/15.

First why would the tires rub if I have the same size tires as the original?

Second what are the recommended sizes to get? I notice that my sidewalls are getting a small grove in them on the front tires.

I just got tax refund check and would like to hear some recommendations on this.

Thanks for the reply

I am going to go with some 205/50/15 Bridgestone Potenza RE750's. I have read a lot of good news about how quiet these are and great handling. Plus they are on sale now for 98/ea.
