is the turbo maf sensor the same as n/a

If you're careful, yes.

The part number that you're looking should be 1366220.

Most look okay, but be careful buying used things like this.

just went to the junkyard picked up a used maf off a 96 850 that was t boned for 45 dollars and 50 dollars for the stock air box and maf houseing i decided to buy a the airbox because i snapped the flam trap on the tube coming out of the throttle body hopefullly this lasts a lil while can i unplugg the battery to get the engine light to turn off

Cool.

You can do it that way, but it resets the entire computer and makes it re-learn everything. That is actually probably appropriate for this case. Unplug the negative cable and go hit the brake pedal a few times to drain the charge.

For future reference, though, this is how to check/reset codes:

You would want to look in A2 for this.

thank you jblackburn for the help cars running like it was b4. now i just need to do the pcv system and find out were me vacuum leak is at idle im around 20 psi on my vac gauge and then on accel. it drops to 5 and if i punch it fulls to zero right away . were are the most common vac leaks and what would cause such a huge vac leak whats normal accel vacuum pressure

Turbo: id check intercooler hoses.

na thts why i cant figure it out i know the intake gaskets prolly shot so thats my only geuss of why id be loosing so much vacuum ... its really sad i wanna keep her cuz shes solid other than a few engine problems
