Hey Guys,
This is a bit difficult to admit because I repair A/C's at work (not automotive). I have an 07 S60 T5 w/ a manual trans. I'm only able to find 1 charge/service port next to the radiator and passenger side hood latch. Is there another service port, or should I be looking for this large quick connect fitting somewhere? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
07 S60 A/C insufficient cooling

look on the frame rail directly in front of t belt cover. There is an air duct from firewall to the black plastic control module box that is on top of it and hides it well.
Get your blacklight out, the R134a had dye in it from factory on that car.

Don't do sealant, that car has an expansion valve and the sealants can cause a problem with those.
A/C leaks on S60 are rare but it is usually o ring at one of the fittings

If you have an 07 I assume you're not in the US as that car was never available with a manual after 2006
Do you have IAQS?
If so, try installing a standard cabin filter, not the thick charcoal filter I find that helps a LOT
Do you have much compressor "clicking", (every 2-7 seconds) If so your system is low
This is not normal for an 07 to have a leak, you need to find out why and PLEASE do not use sealent.
Fix the line or connection and recharge
(How many miles)?

Hey JRL,
I understand that this 07 s60 T5 w/ man trans was rare, but I do reside in CA. I apologize for not knowing IAQS (quick Shift)?
The car has 82,000 mi purchased brand new in March 07 from Galpin. I do not hear the compressor quick cycling. I wanted to start with the easy A/C test by checking pressure. I will look into the leak with a UV light and check the cabin filter. The car has kind of been twitchy for a couple of weeks also. When opening the rear passenger door the trunk releases. The check engine light comes and goes (two days). About that same time the A/C problem occured. Is there some kind of circuit board that would possibly encompass all of these? I sincerely appreciate all the help. Thank you
