850, 1996 Sedan Low beams stopped working Topic is solved

The low beams on my car stopped working. High beams are just fine. I checked the bulbs (ok) and checked the Fuses (ok). I am stumped. Any ideas ? someone said it could be a relay ? If so, where do I access it, and How do I know which one to replace. Any ideas would be welcomed !

It could be the headlight dashboard switch (prime suspect since the contacts go bad sometimes) or it may be the headlight relay located under the hood with the fuses.
