electric window problems

i have a 1995 850 non turbo and am having problems with the electric window on the passenger front. the window goes down but doesn't always go back up. The control is in the console, can those switches be replaced individually or do you have to buy the whole control module that has all 4 switches in it ? I was able to look under the console and see the control module, looks like 2 pluggable wiring harnesses but then another harness that isn't pluggable. how do i wire the unpluggable wiring harness if i buy another control module ? any and all info is appreciated, thanks, kenny
