V40 1,8 From 2000 Strange "rattling" Noise From Engine

Hello members,

I have a very strange noise comming from the engine.
It's like a "rattling" noise and it appears approx once every second when engine is in idle.
And as far as I can locate it's comming from the top of the engine.
Over the past month or so the noise have encreased.
Since I can't attach a short video clip to this post please see this link.
There is one strange thing, when engine is cold ( the first 3 - 5 minutes untill the thermostat opens up for the engine cooling wather ) the engine runs "normal" with no rattling noise at all !!

Please let me know if you have a solution to this problem.

Timing belt/tensioners? Last time it was replaced? I'll let others chim in.

It was last replaced in feb 2005 126.500km. The counter shows 246.800km.
VADIS says 10 years or 160.000km
I just think it is strange when the engine are cold there is no noise at all

My suspicion is CVVT rattle due to low oil pressure.
