can anybody point me to a list of what is required for the 220k service
currently trying to get hold of the vadis, are the service requirements covered?

220k - is that miles or kilometres? VADIS does have the maintenance schedules but they stop at 200k miles and 300k kms.
I have just checked eBay UK and there are plenty of VADIS discs for sale there. Avoid the Italian sellers as their prices are a little high.
