Again, i think it is temperature related. When engine is cold(standing over night, although it's 18C over night here :D) it takes about 2-3 minutes for the sound to disappear, when engine is a little warm(driver then left for about 1-2hours) sound disappears very quickly.

I just listened to your video 3 times in a very quiet room and all I could distinctly hear were the tappets. Maybe your camera mic is more sensitive at the frequency of the tappets but they seemed a little loud to me.

When you held the camera/mic near the exhaust manifold/outlet I heard a very slight "metallic whirring" sound, but only for a second or two... I am still thinking the tappets might not be getting oil fast enough and the pressure relief valve in the oil filter may not be holding pressure when you turn off the engine. I would still change the oil filter (using a genuine Volvo, Mann, or other high quality filter). Be sure to add back the oil you lose when replacing the filter.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. Sim

Yes, I must say that engine is running very quietly and smoothly, my N97 did distort sound quite much. So it is not really good way to record sound. Metallic ticking does come from behind the engine where exhaust and turbo are. I changed oil, full synthetic some Mobile brand 5-40 i think. Oil filter is not quite good, and filter that was in engine was MAN HU 7/9 i think.
When i changed oil and filter, on first start there was that clicking for 1-2 seconds then it dissapeared( same as before )
I guess this ticking is not big deal.
Also autodata shows 5.4L for full oil change with filter. I poured 5L and oil dipstick showed 2-3mm below maximum. So i guess i don't need 400ml more? Is it normal?
All in all im very pleased with engine( it is monster ) runs very good and also doesnt drink as some people said. Couple of days of driving im having about 8-9L in city driving with ac on and off randomly (it is 38C here!!!)
Only thing bothering me is tyre sound, it is noticeable. Tyres are about 2.2 bars all.

Very good car, very strong and quite fun for me.

It sounds very normal to me if it quiets down after 1-2 seconds. MAN is not a bad filter (at least not in Germany). I would worry about being slightly down on the oil level. If it's closer to the full than the low that is good enough!

Seems like this summer is very hot everywhere! Enjoy!

OK, more offtopic
Just couple hours ago, i went to gas station, poured some fuel, and went with friend for a ride.
After 5-6km from the gas station(on a straight road) i pushed it allitle(accelerating from 2-nd geard to 4-th max 5k rpm) and the check engine light came on. Engine is running normally i cant find any problem with it( no weird noises no lack of power ). I just hope it is bad fuel i poured. Anyway, i'll read the codes in morning - keeping fingers crossed.

P0139 Second oxygen sensor slow response, we deleted it, look at live data all seems fine, oxy sensors react ok.
Will see if error comes again.
