Top engine cover removal

Hi

I have a V50 2.0D deisel sportswagon 2007.

how do I remove the big plastic cover on top of the engine compartment, I can't see any screws or clips holding it down.

didn't have this on my old 340.

The cover should be mounted like Volvo does with the cover on D5, grab the corners and give a sharp pull upwards. The engine has ball ended things sticking up and the cover has some rubber sockets that grasp them.
