Wheel Alignment For 850's

Post by Pete »

Does anyone have any good specs for a wheel alignment on an 850. im putting a set of 185/65r15 Yokohama s760 tyres all round and getting a four wheel alignment. i dont want the store to put any bodgy figures to the wheels! I drive on fairly straight roads so i dont really need any camber more than factory just mainly front and rear toe settings.

Cheers pete.

Any reputable alignment shop will have the specifications for your car. I would recommend that you have them provide you with a printout of the factory specs and what they were able to adjust your car to after the alignment, most shops provide this information. Slight variences side to side are acceptable, it fact the variences from left to right help in maintaining a straight drive when the raod surface has a center crown. A good wheel alignment comes down to two things, a well calibrated alignment rack and a skilled technicial. My advice would be don't piss off the technician prior to your alignment, they will have accurate specs there, just mention that you do a lot of highway driving and you want the best alignment possable.
