Shift program push buttons illumination

hi,

The three shift program pushbuttons for "S" or "E" or "W" do not have illumination under the letters. If I remember correctly, there is an orange indicator light that lights up to show which mode is selected. Are the letters also supposed to be illuminated?

The E lights up green, the S lights up orange. Don't use the W so not sure of what color it lights up. The letters ARE NOT illuminated...just a round dot.

The winter position lights up an orange arrow indicator light on the instrument cluster. It locks out 1st and 2nd so you start in 3rd gear.
