Door panel fabric issue

Hi, all.
Does anyone have any good news about the door panel issue common in the S40s (maybe others, too)? All four doors of my car have the separating fabric issue, and I know the panels themselves are expensive as heck to replace. Also, I have a broken handle on the driver's side. Does anyone know if I can buy the handle separate from the door panel, or if I have to buy the whole panel to get the handle?
