Back Up Lights not working bulbs are good

Hello All,

I changed the Fuse installed new bulbs but the reverse lights still does not work any idea how to fix this?

I'm going to go ahead and guess he's talking about a 1998 S70 based on his username. Post moved from General Discussion to Volvo 850, S70, V70, C70 & V70-XC Forum (1992-2000).

If it's not a fuse, then it's most likely the PNP module. I have the same problem. Just keep putting it off.

You probably need to align your PNP switch if this is an automatic. If it's a manual, there's a little switch under the shift boot that the shifter hits when you put it in park. You may need to shim it with something.
