SRS Light stays

THe SRS light came on for no reason one day, soon after having taken my 94 850 to the dealer to have a Transmission microswitch replaced $$$. Could the two events be related. Is there any way to reset the SRS light.

SRS is a dealer only item reset unless you have a Draper reset tool (from what I understand). Take it back to them...they should do it for free considering the circumstances.
