Is there a horn relay in 1996 850T ? Intermittent horn

I've had an intermittent horn problem for a while. Works for a day, then not for two, then vice versa. Also, the strength of the horn seems to vary, sometimes it sounds almost as good as it used to before the problem, then a week later it sounds like a go cart horn.

It seems everyone on the forums points 1st to the bad contacts in the wheel, so today, I had a trusted mechanic remove the air bag and repair the contacts (they were broken). Upon completion the horn didn't work.

He told me to investigate a possible bad horn relay. Does anyone know where the horn relay is (assuming there is one)??
