Hi, help with engine oil leak

my 940 suddendly developed a big oil leak, 4 quarts in 30 sec, the leak seems to be in the area under the oil filter, what could it be? appart of the oil filter?

my mistake: when I replaced the filter 2 mobts ago, I didn't relized that the old o ring from the old filter got stuck to the engine. So now they where 2 stacked and the old one recided to move now crearing the leak. I had to whack the old filter to loose it and this time the 2 o rings came glued toghether to the filter.
