Cold engine /morning stalling problem.

I have a 2000 S70 glt/se. I've recently replaced the etm, had the dealership reset the software, I've had the map sensor and maf sensor replaced. The car is stalling in the morning when cold, then working absolutely grand the rest of the day. This happens every day, I'm considering selling the car soon, but I was hoping to get it fixed before doing so. Any advice as to what it probably is? I've had 4 maf sensors only one installed where it did not make the car do this, but it was over priced so I replaced it with a used one. Could that used one in it now be the cause? It just sputters for the first half mile of driving then runs just fine.

Have you tried cleaning the MAF? It is successful sometimes.

how could I do that? And would that explain cold engine only symptoms?

Take it off and spray through the opening at the rectangular housing in the tube. The fuel trims aren't active until the coolant temp comes up a bit and the lack of proper response to the air mass causes the stumbles due to wrong air/fuel ratio.

So the problem started after you replaced the MAF or before? Did you replace all the components (as per original post) b/c of this problem or for another reason?

Sometimes it's something real simple, and cheap. Have you checked the vacuum lines & connections. How about the airbox thermostat, if yours has one (I don't know anything about S70s, but understand they are often very similar to 850s).
