Free ETM software available yet??

I was just wandering if the "FREE" software for the ETM, that was suppose to be available at the first of this month, is available yet? My dealer knew nothing about it when I asked them Friday. I have a few things for them to do to my car and was wanting to have it all done at one time, FREE software and all.

Just Had my software updated at no charge. The dealership was Woodbridge volvo located in Ontario.
