1998 V70 Rear Door locks

Hi-
I just purchased a 98 V70, and am having afuuny problem with the locks.

All doors and the rear one will lock just fine with the power button.
But the 2 rear passenger door will not unlock. not with the key button, not with either power switch. I have to unlock them manually.

I can hear a click in the rear door when the switch is pushed to unlock.

Any body have any ideas?
