I bought one from OBX racing for my son's '96. The EGR was a PITA to get hooked back up but it otherwise fit fine and it came with new gaskets. It was well under $200 shipped - I can't remember the exact price - and it was very well made.

My son's car didn't have SAS and your car might have SAS. The header I bought didn't have a bung for the SAS valve.

The OBX racing web site is aimed at ricers and there is very little about Volvos but it might be worth a call to their 800 number to see what they can do for you.

I just did exactly this a few months ago (see the DIY listed below).

Initially I was to go with OBX as Lee said, but from my internet research, it is a mixed review. Some people like it, some people in Honda forum had issues. I searched forever but did not find any long-term report on the OBX (may be because this is a new company).

HINT: Google "OBX exhaust manifold forum".

It all depends how long you want to keep your car.

My OEM Exhaust Manifold started to leak at the Flex Pipe (just in front of the cat) at 13 yr/110K miles. I'd like to keep the car for another 100K or so.

I finally gave in and went with Volvo OEM (FYI, OBX is about $200; Volvo OEM $365).
This is a job I hate to do again, so my philosophy is: do it once and do it right.
