Replacement Key for volvo S70

Is there anyway to get around paying $130.00 for a replacement key for a 99 Volvo S70. Thanks in advance

There is way if you have Bosch immobiliser.

I heard that '99 models could have both...Denso or Bosch.

Every reputable-profesional "key cut store"can cut a new chipped key with data provided from your immobiliser,at least in Europe.

You need to give them a proof of ownership,your id,car's engine and chasis numbers or otherwise they will not do it.

It shouls cost double less than a dealer's price and you will get the same key.

It's just one of them.There are so many reputable "key cut" stores in Europe which can "cut" a chipped key.

Well, I'm pretty sure he's here so that wouldn't work, that would work with a 98 but a 99-00 needs SOFTWARE
