I have 170k on the car and have never had the transmission fluid replaced/changed in the 5 years I have had the car. Since it has been a while, is it ok to do a flush? If so, what kind of fluid should I use? Thanks.

Well you can all ignore this. I was lazy and didn't search enough. I will go with the 'drain and fill' method and I feel like that will be just fine. Here is the link for the forum I found this good info in.
