Dice installation

Hi, I bought a Dice scanner and i cant let him work,.
i have Windows Xp Sp3 new, at doe clean installation.
I installed VIDA 2011 with dice driver.
Vida works great but when I connect the Dice in the car and in my laptop it doesnt work.
Dice not installed and not recognized, I think cause by driver problem.
Does anybody knows how to install this on XP?

I found the problem!!!
I opened the device, at the top, and the USB connector was bad connected.
Thats all ;)
