Bolt help

Hi all! Newbie here. Owned my 740 since '03 and recently put it back on the road.
Changing belts this weekend, we had to grind off the end of this thing to get it out.
What's it called, and where can we get a replacement? (see pic)

that is your belt tensioner you should be able to find new at dealer or a wrecking yard these were used in 240 and 740 mod

I love a challenge. If the part is from the alternator then I think it is part #7 on the attached:
