stalling when first started

i have a s40 2000 and stalls constantly when first started,seems only when choce is on,once warmed up runs just fine,no codes showing,cleaned idle control,replaced idle control,very frustrating,cheers pete

What about spark plugs? Are they gapped properly? If not, they might ruin your coil packs. Spark plug wires could be bad too.

had the plugs checked,and new plug wires also,cheers

Some more things to check:

Throttle switch and connection.
Coolant temperature sensor and connection.
Intake system for air leaks.
Engine speed sensor.
