240 '89 Growling at low speed

Had forgot about this,

I did get the emergency break shoes and cables replaced.
I did get the front break cables and front hubb kits done.

I am almost certain what i am hearing now is combination of bad exhaust seal & ( or ) cheap aftermarket
cat-converter w/exhaust parts... I bought the parts so Im not all pissed off about any mistakes there.
Next time I will mention to look for leaks in the exhaust.

I was very aggro earlier on about this but if its narrowed down to what I think it is, I can cool out a bit .
