2006 S60 horn wiring

Post by mjb30 »

Hi All, I bought a wreck '06 S60 2.5t AWD and all damage is repaired and all repainted but I don't see the wire for the horns... I have the horns in and no apparent hookup . Does anyone know where I look for the + and - wire to connect to the horn ??? thanks, MIKE

Page 80 shows the basic connections to the pair of horns from the Central Electronic Module. The branching points are labeled by number and the wire colors are listed. There is a section in the book that shows you where each branch point is in the car so you can then find that color wire.

Its not a simple switch and wire. It comes from the CEM system, which reads the canBUS signal from the steering wheel button.
