S40 T5 AWD problem

Hello all,

Just had the first snowfall of the year as well as my first winter with the car.

Had a nice slick day and couldn't get the car up the driveway. The rear wheels were not being powered at all, the car is acting as if it is FWD only. The driveshaft is still there.

Any pointers or items anyone can think of before I sheepishly show up at the dealership?
