broken seat-release latch

ive got a 740 wagon and the back seats fold down to increase the cargo space. the release latch on one of the seats broke off. anyone know the best way to go about pulling the back panel off and replacing the latch/lever? is there an online store to buy the right parts for this or shall i knock over the scrap yard?

i went to the scrap yard and found a mid-90's 760 and bought the seat i needed. $7 and its a perfect fit.
