Hi,
Semi-amateur DIY'er when it comes to Volvo repair, but I am attempting to replace the cracked intercooler hose on my wife's 2004 T6 AWD and the radiator support housing (big bar across the top and front of the engine) is blocking my access to the clamp on the hose. Does anyone know if I have to remove this support thing to be able to replace this hose? If so, where are the bolts to remove and how much of a pita is it to accomplish?
Thanks for any diagrams and or advice!

Anyone out there who can help me with this? I am unable to proceed with repairs until someone instructs me so I don't screw it all up. Please?
Thanks,

Remove the two "spades" which hold the passenger side headlight assembly then pull the assembly out of place (you can unplug the lights and fully remove the assembly but you really do not need to do that - just get the assembly out of the way). At the base of the headlight assembly bay, next to the intercooler there is a small opening through which you should be able to losen the lower hose clamp screw - you will need a 7mm socket or nut driver.
