electrochromatic - auto dimming - mirror

hello,

on my 1999 V70 is the electrochromatic, auto dimming inner rear view mirror leaking.

Only help and related post that I found is this topic for an S80 2001:

Can anybody tell me if the V70 has the computer in the mirror too?
Is it possible to change the auto dimm mirror for a manual mirror and just exchange the computer between them as in the S80? Would that work without reprograming the car by the dealer?

I know i would loose the auto dimming function but i dont thing it would be easy to find in my country this mirror and if, it would be probably expensive + i read its a common failure and it can happen again.
