Two oil leaks. One from motor, one from transmission.

I was looking under the car today and found two small oil leaks. One is motor oil that is dripping over the angle gear, and the other is transmission fluid. I don't know if I should be concerned or not. I had noticed them while changing the oil some time ago, but assumed it was something else. My exhaust manifold gaskets were leaking (but that is already fixed) and I had recently flushed the transmission and spilled some fluid, but that was 3 months ago.

I took some pictures. Advice is greatly welcome.

Leak 1: Motor oil around the turbo intake?

Leak 2: Transmission oil. It is red, so I'm pretty convinced it is transmission fluid. My lower torque mount had the small bushings gone, don't know if that could cause a leak.
