1999 s80 no voltage inside of vehicle
Car was driving down the road and the abs light came on along with a yellow triangle lamp in the dash. iT ALSO SAID EMERGENCY stop only. Car had brakes and was shut off to see if the lights would come back on. Car started once with a miss and never started again. Upon inspection the battery was charged and it had voltage at starter and alternator. also the fuses all had voltage too. The security system went off with no one around before it finally died.

Check for loose/corroded cable from Batt+ to main fusebox in engine compartment. The terminal at that post is a known point of failure.
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.
