Cylinder Head Warpage and Torque Specs?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Cylinder Head Warpage and Torque Specs?

I desperatley am in need of cylinder head warpage and torque specs for a 2001 S80 2.9 non-turbo with engine number B6294S. I am new to this site and any information would be greatly appreciated, so far my searches have been like pulling teeth LOL. Thank You....

Not sure on warpage limit, but if I was concerned I'd take it to a machine shop and have it milled. If i remember correctly the torque specs were 14NM, 45NM then turn all 130 degrees.
Our first 240 saved us twice we are a living testament to Volvo safety. The S80 T6 is "just because I could" and it's a fun drive!

Do you still need this info? I can look it up in VADIS, if my memory serves me right warpage max was .007"
Thats a big if though. I can check for you if you need.
